What forms of payment are accepted?

Taxes will be added at checkout (if applicable). You as the consumer are responsible for any Customs / Duties and VAT if there are any to be paid.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes – Michael Abraham Art Shop takes your security seriously and ensures your safety while browsing and purchasing by leveraging industry-specific web security and site protection.

How long will it take to ship an order?

Orders are processed within 7 to 14 days and shipped within 14 days. Shipping time estimates will vary based on geographical location.

Please allow up to 14 days from your purchase date to receive your shipment tracking number.

After you have received your tracking number, shipping estimates will be updated through Canada Post. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

About Art Prints

About Dry Mounting and Foam Board (Large Prints Only).

Foam board is a core of inert, CFC (chlorofluorocarbons) free, and acid-free polystyrene foam to which paper liners have been laminated on both sides. It is feather-light, rigid, warp-resistant, and easy to cut. It is a lamination of foam and smooth surface, clay-coated, paper stock. Your Michael Abraham Art print is laminated to the foam core surface by a dry mounting technique. This material does dent easily, so careful handling is required, and we recommend framing before showing it off! 

About Bronze Sculptures

Patinas, Finishes, and Lighting Positions

The patinas and finishes may vary from piece to piece in the edition as these are hand-finished pieces. 

An artwork viewed in reality usually appears differently than on a computer monitor or cel phone screen.

Your placement and lighting situation may also make the sculpture appear differently.

I adjust and play around with lighting positions and lighting angles when I place or install a piece of art to accentuate it glowingly! Sometimes a single spotlight works nicely at night, and daylight streaming in during the day can also work.

What is ‘Tarnished Bronze’?

Tarnished Bronze is a bronze that is polished and then gradually tarnishes naturally. Is loses it shine as it ages through oxidation, taking on a tarnished look.

What is ‘Polished Silver Oxide’?

Polished Silver oxide is sprayed and the flame set onto raw bronze, then polished and rubbed to reveal warm bronze highlight edges and surfaces. Creates a warm and cool variation and can vary depending on the light and/or time of day.

How do you ship Bronze Sculptures?

If you are interested in a piece, email or contact the michaelabrahamart.shop ahead of time for a shipping quote.

Shipping Costs are added to the Sculpture price and paid for after sculpture purchase. The order is processed after shipping costs have been paid. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item and the customer’s delivery address.

Orders are shipped from Vancouver Canada. No charge for local pick-up. Domestic and International orders are shipped anywhere DHL international courier can deliver. 

Additional customs, taxes, and/or duties may be applied by your country or jurisdiction, and are payable by the customer in a timely manner for the delivery to be completed.

Where do you ship to?

Michael Abraham Art Shop currently ships to Canada and USA only and will include international shipping in the near future. To be notified of this date, sign up for the newsletter or send us an email for a personal notification request.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Free shipping for art prints delivered within North America.
International shipping coming soon.

Can I track the shipping on my order?

Yes – Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

I didn’t receive a tracking number

A tracking number will be sent to customers when the package has been shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number, double check your spam or junk mail folder.

What happens if the artwork is damaged after shipment?

In the case that artwork is damaged:

Step 1- Take a photo of the shipping packaging and the art and send it to info@michaelabrahart.shop, as these photos may be required for insurance investigation purposes. 

Step 2 – Upon receiving proof of damage, you will be instructed to destroy the piece and send another picture of it destroyed.

Step 3 Once we have received the photo of the damaged print in its destroyed state, we will promptly ship you an identical product.

*Please be careful when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for damage occurring during unpacking.*

How do you package and ship the artwork?

Prints are securely packaged between firm foamboard and shipped flat.
Medium prints are shipped in a protective sleeve; Large prints are wrapped in acid-free glassine paper.
Orders are shipped using Canada Post or DHL.

Additional customs, taxes and/or duties may be applied by your country or jurisdiction, and are payable by you in a timely manner that allows for a delivery to be fulfilled.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

Our products are eligible for return for a period of 14 days from the time of delivery.

‘Final-Sale’ items are not returnable; Returns are not accepted after the 14-day cut-off.

Applies only to products returned in their original condition. Each return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How do I return my order?

To return your order within 14 days of delivery:

Step 1 – Contact us via email info@michaelabrahamart.shop to notify us that you wish to return the product. (Products intended for refund must be returned in original condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.)

Step 2 – If eligible for a return, Michael Abraham Art Shop will email you a pre-printed return label.

Step 3 – Securely repackage the artwork in its original packaging, and securely affix the Return Label to the outside of the box.

Step 4 – Ship your return package using a reputable shipping company and include a tracking number.

Step 5 – Email us the shipping details, including a tracking number, to info. (‘Reply’ to the email in step 2)

Michael Abraham Art Shop will process your return, and the amount of purchase will be refunded to your original source of payment (in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order) upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Returns require a 20% restocking fee.
Michael Abraham Art will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered returns.
